We want to make returning the Herb Organic order as simple as possible and we are happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery – provided the items are unused and unopened, in their original packaging.All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of the request without damage to any items. Once the return is received by our team, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.The easiest way to request a return is by login into your account and select the order you wish to arrange a return and then submit an online return form. Our team will get in touch with you to assist you further.If you do not have an account with us, you can still initiate the return process by filling our online return form. If you wish to send us the items directly, please download our return form and follow the below steps.The following information will be required when returning your goods to us:

1. Confirmation email containing your Order Reference Number
2. Delivery confirmation email when your order was first received
3. Completed return form
4. Receipts showing any delivery charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods.

When returning the goods by post, please note the following:

1. It may take up to 7 working days for your parcel to reach us
2. Returned parcels will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt
3. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the items to ensure they are not damaged during the transit
4. You are advised to use a courier that offers tracking and insurance

Promotions and Gifts

Where promotions and discounts have been applied, you will only be refunded for the amount paid. If your order contained a promotional gift, the return should also include any such gifts or related items.
