Yes, at HerbOrganic only the finest ingredients are combined together for manufacturing. We ensure the quality of all the raw materials by sourcing them ethically and organically.
We do not test products on animals. All of our products are 100% Vegan and cruelty free.

We only use naturally derived and fine fragrances to ensure the product remains as natural as possible.

Our products only contain preservatives where it is deemed necessary to maintain the quality and safety of the product. Most of the preservatives used in products are derived from plants.

Oils derived from nuts are generally beneficial to skin. Due to this very reason, some of our products do contain nut oils. We advise all customers to read the list of ingredients mentioned on each product page as well as on the product warning/advice mentioned on the packaging to ensure it is safe for them to use.

Generally speaking, our products are safe to use as most of them are naturally sourced and do not contain any harsh chemicals. However, if you have any specific concerns, we recommend you to speak to your local general physician. If in doubt, please do a small patch test by applying the product on the back of your ear and leave it for 24 hours. If you find any redness or soreness, please discontinue use.

At HerbOrganic, we pride ourselves for being the one of the most natural skincare brand. This is also reflected in our packaging material. Our packaging is eco-friendly and is either fully or widely recyclable to ensure our commitment to the green environment is not compromised.

UK Delivery

Delivery is FREE to all orders placed within the UK on orders over £20 and £2.75 for orders less than £20. There is also an option of Next Day Delivery for £4.99 and also a Saturday Delivery at £7.99.

When placing more than one order, you will need to select the delivery address for each order. To make this more convenient, you can store more than one address in your HerbOrganic account address book.

International Delivery

Yes, we use secure and tracked service for international parcels. The delivery charge will depend upon the country origin and it will be calculated before placing the order. All customers outside the UK & EU may be liable to pay custom charges.


If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact the customer services. In case your order has not been dispatched, we will refund you immediately. If your order is dispatched, you will be refunded once the order is received back in our warehouse.

You cannot add or remove any products once the order is placed. You will need to place a new order for any additional product you like to order or cancel the order initially placed if you wish to remove products.

You may be able to change the shipping address if the order is not yet dispatched from our warehouse. You will need to contact our customer services team to check if this can be done. Please note that changing your shipping address after the order is placed may delay your scheduled delivery.

All orders dispatched from our warehouse are strictly monitored for quality control to ensure each order has all the items. In case you are missing any product from the order, we recommend you to contact customer services within 7 days of receiving the order so our team can investigate and resolve the matter quickly.

All parcels we send to our customers have tracking numbers and it is sent to the customer as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. In the event of loss or missing parcel, we recommend you to contact us within 14 days in order for us to investigate and resolve the matter with priority.


Payment will be taken from your account as soon as you place the order online.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Amex, Electron, Switch as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.


All products must be sent back within 30 days from the date of order. To qualify for a full refund, the products must not be used and the original packaging of the product should not be tempered. To arrange a return, you will need to login to your account and simply click on the return icon displayed next to your order. Alternatively, you can contact our customer services team who will assist you in arranging the return.

Please note that you will be required to retain the proof of postage for sending back the returns. Once we receive the goods, we will get in touch with you to confirm the receipt of the goods as well as issue you the refund.

All returns received by our team takes up to 14 working days for processing. We will get in touch with you once your return is processed.

All refunds will be processed back into the same card used for the purchase of the order.
